ARTICLE 2 \u2013 SUBJECT<\/strong>
The subject of this contract is the BUYER's, SELLER's www.safakbutik.com<\/a> It covers the rights and obligations of the parties in accordance with the provisions of the Consumer Protection Law No. 6502 and the Regulation on Distance Contracts, regarding the sale and delivery of the product ordered electronically through the website, the qualities and sales price of which are specified.<\/p>

ARTICLE 3 \u2013 PRODUCT INFORMATION<\/strong>
The type, kind, quantity, brand\/model, sales price, payment method and basic characteristics of the product\/products are as specified in the ordering process.<\/p>

ARTICLE 4 \u2013 GENERAL PROVISIONS<\/strong>
4.1 BUYER, www.safakbutik.com<\/a> He\/she accepts that he\/she has read and is informed about the basic characteristics of the contractual product, its sales price, payment method and delivery information on the website and that he\/she has given the necessary approval electronically.<\/p>

4.2 The product subject to the contract is delivered to the address specified by the BUYER, provided that it does not exceed the legal 30-day period.
4.3 Product delivery is made if the SELLER's stock is available and after the product price is collected via the payment method preferred by the BUYER.<\/p>

4.4 If the SELLER thinks that the product subject to the contract cannot be supplied for a justified reason, it has the right to cancel the order, offer a similar product or initiate the return process by notifying the BUYER.<\/p>

ARTICLE 5 \u2013 RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL<\/strong>
5.1 The BUYER has the right of withdrawal without giving any reason within 14 days from the delivery of the product subject to the distance contract to him or to the person\/organization at the address he has indicated.<\/p>

5.2 In order to exercise the right of withdrawal, written notification must be made to the SELLER within this period and the product must be unused and undamaged.<\/p>

5.3 For returns made under the right of withdrawal, the product must be sent with its original invoice and packaging. Otherwise, the return will not be accepted.<\/p>

5.4 Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, except for the reason for return.<\/p>

ARTICLE 6 \u2013 PRODUCTS FOR WHICH THE RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL CANNOT BE EXERCISED<\/strong>
The right of withdrawal cannot be exercised for products prepared in line with the wishes or personal needs of the consumer, underwear, jewelry, bonnets and similar products due to hygiene rules.<\/p>

ARTICLE 7 \u2013 COMPETENT COURT<\/strong>
In case of disputes that may arise from this contract, the Consumer Arbitration Committees and Consumer Courts in the locations of the BUYER and SELLER are authorized, in accordance with the monetary limits determined by the Ministry of Customs and Trade.<\/p>

ARTICLE 8 \u2013 ENFORCEMENT<\/strong>
By approving this contract electronically and placing an order, the BUYER is deemed to have read, accepted and approved all terms.<\/p>
