Order Cancellation
Your order is processed shortly after payment is completed.

If your order is cancelled before it is shipped, your payment will be processed for refund on the same day.
Notes: Orders that have been shipped cannot be canceled. In this case, the return process can be initiated once the product has been received.
Return Conditions
The products you purchased from Şafak Boutique, 14 days from the date of delivery You can return it within .
The following conditions must be met for the return process:
The product must be unused, untested, and unwashed.
The product label must not be cut and must be sent with its original packaging.
It must be returned in full, together with the invoice and any gift/promotional products.
Returns are not accepted for underwear, bonnets, shawls, scarves and hygiene-sensitive products.
Products that are custom-made or made to measure cannot be returned.
Return Process
